Tele Calling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and prospective patients.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Provide accurate information about medical services, procedures, and facilities.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments, services, and other requirements.
• Maintain proper records of client calls and interactions.
• Coordinate with the administration and healthcare teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative activities related to patient communication.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach during calls.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and experience.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification: Any Degree
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, healthcare, hospital, or clinic environments is preferred.
• Freshers with Good communication skills are also welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
