Tele Calling Executive

Fluency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam (multilingual is required )

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate business leads.
• Promote and explain Gold Loan, Investment, and Insurance products.
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
• Generate qualified leads and coordinate with the concerned sales/branch team for follow-up.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Update customer interactions, leads, and follow-up details in the CRM/system.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Graduate and above
• Prior experience in telecalling**, telesales, banking, NBFC, insurance, financial services, or customer service** will be an advantage.
• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convince and engage customers over the telephone.
• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems will be an advantage.
