Tele Calling Executive

• Make and receive calls from patients and attendants professionally.
• Explain hospital services, departments, doctors, consultation timings, and facilities.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, investigations, and treatments as instructed.
• Handle patient enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate call records and patient enquiry details.
• Conduct follow-up calls for patient feedback and service-related communication.
• Inform patients about health camps, hospital programs, and approved promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Front Office, OPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and other departments when required.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.
• Escalate complaints or difficult situations to the concerned supervisor.
• Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
