Qualifications:

• Any Graduate.
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory).
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM Knowledge).
• Confident, persuasive, and patient personality.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Strong listening skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company product & services clearly.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and clients details.
• Follow up with prospects in a timely manner.
• Handle client queries and provide appropriate services
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
