Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with prospective clients/customers, provide relevant information, and support lead generation and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.
• Explain products, services, programs, or offerings clearly.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Coordinate with the concerned team for further assistance or conversion.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and positive approach during calls.

Requirements:

• Graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and data entry.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Previous telecalling, counselling, sales, or customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
