Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, handling enquiries, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide relevant information.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, appointments, and customer requests.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
• Explain products, offers, services, and promotions to customers.
• Schedule appointments and test rides for interested customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Regularly follow up with customers to improve lead conversion.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for further customer handling.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Requirements

• Plus Two / Diploma / Degree preferred.
• Freshers can apply; telecalling or sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam.
• Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
