Tele Calling Executive

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecalling Executive who has strong communication skills and good knowledge of gemstones. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, following up with leads, and assisting in converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers and leads.
• Explain gemstone products and understand customer requirements.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide suitable product information.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order follow-ups.
• Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and customer details.
• Use IndiaMART for checking and handling enquiries/leads.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecalling / telesales.
• Strong knowledge of gemstones is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of the IndiaMART platform.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident in handling customers over the phone.
• Ability to follow up consistently and convert enquiries into sales.
• Candidates with experience in the gemstone/jewellery industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
