Tele Calling Executive

Telecalling Exective Intern | ChatSpark

ChatSpark is a growing audio social platform connecting people through meaningful 1:1 conversations. We’re looking for an energetic and proactive Telecalling Executive to manage and build strong relationships with our creators.

What You’ll Do

• Handle creator onboarding and explain the platform/process.
• Make regular follow-up & reactivation calls to creators.
• Proactively manage creator performance and engagement.
• Conduct creator meetings and communicate updates, offers & incentives.
• Maintain and update creator data and reports.
• Resolve creator queries and ensure timely communication.
• Track daily follow-ups, onboarding, reactivation & creator activity.

What We’re Looking For

• Good Hindi communication skills (reading & writing).
• Confident and clear communication over calls.
• Proactive, energetic and target-oriented.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets & data.
• Ability to manage multiple creators and follow-ups independently.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
