Job Title: Telecalling & Client Communication Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecalling & Client Communication Executive with excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients.

Communicate with clients professionally in English and Hindi.

Explain company services and respond to client queries.

Follow up with clients regarding documents, payments, and ongoing work.

Maintain proper records of calls and client follow-ups.

Coordinate with the internal team to resolve client requirements.

Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

Handle client communication through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Required Skills:

Excellent spoken English and good communication skills.

Confident and professional personality.

Good Hindi communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to communicate with clients politely and effectively.

Good follow-up and convincing skills.

Prior telecalling/customer service experience will be an advantage.
