Key Responsibilities (KRA – Key Result Areas) Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products Handle inbound customer queries regarding PL & OD Identify customer needs and suggest suitable financial solutions Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects Coordinate with backend team for loan processing and disbursement Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
