Tele Calling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
• Respond to customer and business enquiries.
• Identify potential leads and share them with the Sales team.
• Follow up on leads and enquiries.
• Handle basic email communication.
• Maintain basic lead and enquiry records.
• Coordinate with the Sales team for timely follow-ups.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages will be a strong added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and computer applications.
• Comfortable handling calls and customer enquiries.
• Experience in Tele calling, Inside Sales, Customer Support or Lead Generation is preferre
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
