Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to contact customers over the phone, explain our products or services, and generate leads. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products, services, and offers to customers.
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic queries.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain customer details and call records.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Build good relationships with customers.

Skills Required:

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work towards targets.

Qualification: 12th pass / Any degree.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Job Type: Full-time.

Salary: Based on experience and company policy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
