Tele Calling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, promote company products, and support sales growth through effective telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services.
• Generate leads, identify customer requirements, and develop potential business opportunities.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Prepare daily call reports and provide regular sales updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali, English, and Hindi are mandatory.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow up consistently.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
• Candidates should be target-oriented, proactive, and confident in handling phone conversations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
