About the Company

Andromeda Sales and Distributors Pvt. Ltd. is a corporate Direct Selling Agent (DSA) associated with multiple banks and NBFCs, offering a wide range of loan, insurance, and financial products to customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan and insurance products.
• Generate leads and identify customers interested in financial products.
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into business.
• Collect basic customer information and update call details in Excel or CRM software.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule customer meetings and process leads.
• Maintain daily calling reports and achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
• Provide professional communication and good customer service.
• Follow up with existing customers regarding their loan applications and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / 10+2 or any graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Good convincing, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
