Job Description – Telecalling Executive

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle patient inquiries.
• Explain IVF and fertility services to prospective patients.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
• Schedule doctor consultations and maintain patient records.
• Achieve calling and appointment-booking targets.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional communication.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Graduate with prior experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Telecalling or healthcare experience preferred; freshers may apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong follow-up skills.
