Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue EMI payments.
• Remind customers about pending dues and payment deadlines.
• Follow up with customers for timely payment commitments.
• Explain outstanding dues and payment-related information professionally.
• Maintain daily calling records, payment commitments, and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the field collection team to update customer payment status.
• Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues politely.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain professional communication and follow company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel are an advantage.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and work toward targets.
• Candidates with experience in banking, NBFC, loan collection, or telecalling will be preferred.
