Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed Salary)
Location: Bilekahalli, Bangalore (Near BTM Layout & J.P. Nagar Vega City Mall)
Languages Required: Kannada & English

We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecalling Executive to communicate with customers, answer inquiries, share information about our company's services, and assist with customer follow-ups.

This is a fixed-salary job with no sales and no targets. Candidates can enjoy a work environment focused on customer communication and assistance without sales pressure.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make calls to customers and respond to inquiries.
• Provide clear information about the company's services and offerings.
• Follow up with customers whenever required.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Maintain basic records of calls and customer interactions.
• Assist customers with relevant information and guidance.
• Coordinate with the internal team when necessary.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
