Job Title: Real Estate Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for real estate projects. - Explain property details, including location, price, amenities, and payment plans. - Understand customers’ property requirements and investment interests. - Follow up with interested customers and maintain a database of leads. - Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team. - Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information. - Maintain daily call records and update customer details in the CRM system or Excel. - Achieve daily calling targets and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.

I am a motivated and enthusiastic fresher looking to start my career in real estate telecalling. I have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. I am comfortable speaking with customers, explaining property details, handling inquiries, and following up on leads. I am eager to develop my sales and customer relationship skills while contributing to the growth of the organization.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
