Job Title: Customer Support / Tele-Executive (Gujarati & Hindi Speaking) Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates fluent in both Gujarati and Hindi to join our support team. This is a remote/work-from-home opportunity where you will assist customers, handle enquiries, and provide smooth communication support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls or queries in Gujarati and Hindi.
• Assist customers with accurate information regarding products or services.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times.
• Update customer details and interaction logs accurately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 10th pass.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in speaking and understanding both Gujarati and Hindi.
• Mandatory Equipment:
• A working personal laptop.
• A clear working headphone/headset for calls.
• Reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi/internet connection.
• Skills: Good listening skills, patience, and basic computer navigation.
