Job Summary

We are looking for Tele Collections Executives to manage customer communication and payment follow-ups for Personal Loan and Business Loan accounts. The role involves handling collection calls, discussing pending EMI payments, resolving customer concerns and working towards assigned collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for overdue loan accounts.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending EMI payments.
• Explain outstanding amounts and payment details clearly.
• Discuss repayment options and payment commitments with customers.
• Handle customer queries, disputes and escalations professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account resolution when required.
• Follow collection procedures, company policies and quality standards.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Collections, Collections or Customer Handling.
• Experience in NBFC / BFSI will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Regional language proficiency will be an advantage.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Comfortable working with performance-based targets.
