Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Collector to join our team in Ortigas. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting clients through phone calls, assisting in payment collection, maintaining good customer relationships, and achieving assigned collection targets.

The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle conversations with clients while ensuring timely and accurate account follow-ups.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Contact clients through phone calls regarding outstanding balances and payment reminders.
• Conduct professional and courteous collection calls while maintaining good customer relations.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and encourage clients to settle their accounts.
• Monitor and update client account records and collection activities.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets assigned by the team leader.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical collection practices.
• Coordinate with the collection team regarding account status and updates.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate / College Level / College Graduate.
• With or without experience in telecollection, customer service, sales, or call center is welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills and confident speaking voice.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
• Target-oriented, hardworking, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
• Can start immediately is an advantage.
