Tele counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective patients and follow up on enquiries.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and leads.
• Explain physiotherapy services, consultation process and appointment details.
• Understand basic patient requirements and guide them appropriately.
• Schedule and confirm physiotherapy appointments.
• Follow up with patients who have not confirmed their appointments.
• Maintain daily calling and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate appointment schedules with physiotherapists.
• Follow up with existing patients for repeat sessions where required.
• Handle patient queries politely and professionally.
• Achieve daily/monthly calling and appointment-booking targets.
• Escalate clinical or medical questions to the qualified physiotherapist/doctor rather than providing medical advice independently.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Patient and empathetic approach.
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and CRM/lead-management systems.
• Hindi and English communication required; Marathi preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, hospital, clinic, telecalling or telesales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
