What they need
- Proactively engage potential clients through outbound calls to introduce products/services and identify sales opportunities.
- Skillfully present compelling value propositions, addressing customer needs and overcoming objections to secure interest.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Schedule qualified appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a telemarketing, telesales, or customer service role, ideally 1-3 years.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English hindi , Malayalam, Tamil; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
