Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele-Recruiter to manage candidate calling, initial screening, and interview coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates and explain job opportunities.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases, calling trackers, and recruitment MIS using MS Excel.
• Ensure regular follow-ups and a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to support timely hiring.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 03 years of experience in tele-recruitment, telecalling, customer service, or recruitment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, including maintaining trackers and reports.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Candidates from the hospitality or aviation sectors will be preferred.
