Tele-sales Agent

We are looking for a Tele-sales Agent to handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, qualify potential buyers, and convert leads into confirmed sales center or site visit appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Respond promptly to new leads and qualify customer needs.
• Understand customer budget, payment method, preferred unit type, size, location, and purchase timeline.
• Provide accurate information about projects, unit types, prices, payment plans, and delivery dates.
• Book, confirm, and follow up on customer appointments.
• Follow up with cold and non-responsive leads.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.
• Handle customer objections professionally and escalate complaints when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable REGA requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in Tele-sales or Call Center.
• Real estate experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent Arabic and good English.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused, persistent, and organized.
