Tele-sales Associate

• Calls prospective clients, responds to assigned inquiries and explains AFC SME financing options.
• The role gathers basic client details, follows up on interested prospects.
• Endorse qualified leads to the Sales Team, and keeps call and lead records update.

Qualification and Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications and other related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele-sales, customer service, lead follow up, or a related role.
• Outbound calling, lead qualification, client follow-up, clear communication, and accurate record keeping.
• Patient, persuasive, organized, resilient, and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
