Tele-Sales

Position Summary

We are seeking a Tele-sales to support sales activities for our KL Branch. This role will be responsible for servicing existing customers, developing new business opportunities, handling customer inquiries, preparing sales documentation, and coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure smooth customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Service existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets efficiently and support market share expansion among existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations, sales orders, and other required paperwork.
• Manage cash payments and coordinate product collection arrangements by customers.
• Prepare regular sales reports and other relevant documentation as required.
• Maintain proper filing and records of all sales-related documents.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or Management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field with minimum 1–2 years of working experience in sales, tele-sales, customer service, or related functions.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate and correspond with Mandarin-speaking customers, stakeholders and counterparties
