Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle customer follow-ups, verify leads, coordinate meetings, and ensure leads move smoothly through the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Make verification calls to customers based on previous visits conducted by BDEs.
• Understand and clarify customer doubts, concerns, and questions after the BDE visit.
• Follow the standard calling SOP for every customer interaction.
• Re-assign leads to the appropriate executives based on the customers requirement and location.
• Coordinate with customers and executives to schedule meetings based on customer availability.
• Make 70–80 calls every day, prioritising leads based on BDE visits.
• Maintain accurate updates on customer status, feedback, and next actions in the CRM.
• After completing verification calls, start working on leads in the existing sales pipeline.
• Ensure every assigned lead has a clear next step and follow-up date.
• Work closely with BDEs and sales executives to ensure no lead is missed or left unattended.
