Tele Sales Executive

• Call leads who are looking for loan settlement services.
• Handle enquiries related to secured and unsecured loan settlements,
• Including credit card and personal loan default settlements.
• Female candidates are preferred
• Understand the customers loan default situation and requirements.
• Explain suitable legal and loan settlement solutions to customers.
• Convert interested leads into clients through effective communication and sales skills.
• Follow up regularly with potential customers and maintain accurate lead records.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build trust with potential clients.
• Achieve weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the legal team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English and willing to work from the office.
• Our office is located in Marine Lines, Mumbai.
• Work-from-office desk job.
