Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent convincing and communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and the confidence to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding overseas recruitment opportunities and services.
• Generate leads through telephone calls, online enquiries, social media, and other channels.
• Explain overseas recruitment processes, job opportunities, requirements, and services clearly to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable overseas employment opportunities.
• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer objections and use strong convincing skills to convert leads.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the recruitment and operations teams for smooth processing of candidates.
• Provide regular updates and sales performance reports to management.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with clients/candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience is mandatory.
• Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve challenging sales targets.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
