Tele Sales Executive

A Telesales Executive for personal loans is responsible for contacting prospective clients over the phone to pitch loan products, assessing their financial needs, and guiding them through the application process. The core objective is to generate qualified leads and close loan sales to meet specific daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Pitching: Conduct high-volume outbound cold/warm calling to offer personal loan products to potential and existing customers.
• Needs Assessment: Understand the customer's financial requirements, explain loan features, interest rates, and eligibility criteria clearly and persuasively.
• Application Processing: Follow up with interested prospects, assist them in filling out loan applications, and guide them on necessary documentation (e.g., income proof, bank statements).
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed aggressive daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and lead-conversion targets.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and lead statuses in the company CRM.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell related financial products like credit cards or overdraft facilities
