Tele Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar energy solutions.
• Explain product details, pricing, subsidy schemes, and installation process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in the CRM.
• Follow up with interested customers to schedule site visits or appointments.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth communication and lead handover.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to solar panels, systems, and maintenance.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any field.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or solar sales preferred.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
