Tele sales Executive

Compensation: Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Role Summary

MARS BPO is expanding its international sales team and welcomes motivated candidates with strong English communication skills. The selected individuals will communicate with international prospects, explain products and services, manage customer objections, and follow up to generate successful sales.

Candidates from international sales, telesales, telemarketing, and call center backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Freshers with excellent spoken English are also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Speak with potential international customers professionally.
• Present products and services in a clear and convincing manner.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns.
• Maintain contact with interested prospects.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.
• Keep customer and sales information organized.

Requirements

• Strong spoken English is a must.
• Good communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence when handling customer conversations.
• Ability to work the 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM shift.
• Relevant experience is preferred; fresh candidates may apply.
