Tele Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of telesales professionals to achieve sales targets through effective lead generation strategies.
• Develop and implement cold calling campaigns to drive business growth.
• Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities through direct and channel sales efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote real estate and hospitality services.
• Analyze sales performance metrics to optimize tele sales operations.
• Train and coach team members to enhance their skills in co-working, property sales, and commercial real estate.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate industry, with a focus on commercial sales.
• Strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and telecalling techniques.
• Familiarity with channel sales principles and practices is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its trends can be an added advantage.
