What you'll do

• Call interested students and parents
• Explain our courses, fees and career opportunities in a simple, friendly way
• Guide students from their first enquiry through registration and admission
• Follow up regularly and build a relationship of trust with every lead
• Maintain daily call records and lead updates in the CRM/Excel
• Coordinate with the counselling team for campus visits and walk-ins

Work timings

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday off

Who we're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, admissions counselling or customer support
• Good communication in Telugu
• A confident, polite and convincing way of speaking
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Experience in education or admissions counselling is a big plus
