Telecaller Agent

About the Role

The selected candidates will support our business development and customer outreach activities across multiple business verticals, including:

• Audit & Accounting

• Tax & Compliance

• Digital Marketing & Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information

• Follow up with leads through calls and other approved communication channels

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes

• Coordinate with the sales and business development teams

• Meet assigned calling, follow-up, and lead-conversion targets

• Ensure professional and timely communication with prospects

• Provide regular updates and reports to management

What We Are Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident and professional telephone manner

• Ability to handle objections and maintain productive conversations

• Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace or CRM tools

• Adaptability to the latest tools, software, AI solutions, and digital technologies

• Target-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
