Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle various business-related calling activities and support the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Make inbound and outbound business-related calls.

• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide relevant information.

• Make calls related to admissions, business development, centre expansion, partnerships, and other company activities.

• Schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients.

• Maintain calling records and update customer details.

• Coordinate with different departments as required.

• Perform other business-related calling tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

• Good convincing and follow-up skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Freshers can apply; prior telecalling experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location:Pandri, Raipur

Salary: 8,000 to 10,000

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
