Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller (1–3 Years Experience) Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Performance Incentives

We are hiring Telecallers for our Hyderabad office. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced candidates with up to 3 years of experience who want to build their career in customer communication and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Explain products and services in a clear and professional manner.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide basic information.
• Maintain accurate call records and update lead status.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for further process.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or related roles.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confident, polite, and target-oriented mindset.
• Willing to work from office in Hyderabad.
• Immediate joiners only.
