Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally

Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to prospects

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services

1. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent contact until conversion or closure

   Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in CRM/Excel

   Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets

   Handle customer objections and complaints politely and effectively

   Update lead status and share regular reports with the team lead/manager

   Coordinate with the sales team to schedule follow-ups or meetings when needed

   Stay updated on company products, promotions, and pricing to answer queries accurately

   Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous tone on every call

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English (mandatory)
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling/telesales/customer service (freshers welcome)
• Pleasant and confident telephone manner
• Basic computer skills — MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business
• Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections calmly
• Target-driven with a positive, go-getter attitude
• Well-organized with good follow-up discipline
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily call targets
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
• Immediate joiners preferred

• Prior experience in [FX/TRADING/CRYPTO] preferred
• Age group: 20–35 years
