Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain finance products or services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Maintain call records and update customer details in the CRM or tracking system.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.Basic knowledge of land and properties is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Knowledge in marketing, preferably in the finance sector, Real estate and loans.
• Computer knowledge and CRM handling preferred.
• Salary:₹12,000/month onwards
• Salary will be based on experience, skills, and performance.
• Additional incentives available based on sales/target achievement.
