Assist customers with order status, delivery issues, cancellations, refunds, payments, and general queries. Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions. Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers. Record customer interactions and update required information in the system. Follow company policies, customer-service guidelines, and call-handling procedures. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned team. Meet daily targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹16,800.00 - ₹22,400.00 per month
