Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Teller Caller with a Forex/Financial Markets background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience communicating with clients regarding forex trading, financial markets, trading platforms, and investment-related services.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, understanding their requirements, explaining the company's services, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing clients and introduce the company's Forex and financial market services.
• Explain basic Forex concepts, trading products, account types, trading platforms, and available services to clients.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Understand clients' requirements and provide appropriate information regarding the company's services.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and assist in converting qualified leads.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Dealing, and Customer Support teams when required.
• Stay updated on basic Forex market terminology, currency pairs, trading conditions, and financial market developments.
• Handle client questions professionally and escalate technical or account-related issues to the relevant department.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.
• Follow company policies, compliance procedures, and applicable regulations when communicating with clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Forex, FX, CFDs, financial markets, brokerage, or investment-related companies is preferred.
• Previous experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Client Relationship, or Sales is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Forex terminology and financial markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales/calling targets.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages are an advantage.
• Basic computer and CRM skills.
• Candidates with an existing client-handling or Forex calling background will be preferred.

Preferred Experience
