Job Description

ZAKKAA Home Decor is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with dealers, and supporting the sales team in expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and dealers.
• Promote ZAKKAA Home Decor's range of products.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in Hindi and Punjabi is preferred. Knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
