Job description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Telemarketing Executive to make cold calls, generate customer enquiries, follow up with prospective clients, and support business development activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through outbound calls to industrial customers, dealers, and prospective clients.
• Introduce Levaflow valve products and solutions to potential customers and identify their requirements.
• Maintain and regularly update the customer database, enquiry records, and follow-up details.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and pending customer responses to support sales conversion.
• Coordinate with customers through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp
• Handle basic customer queries related to products, applications, and general requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly telecalling and lead-generation activity reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
