Job Description – Talent Acquisition Specialist Designation: Talent Acquisition Specialist Experience: 1-5 Years Department: Human Resources Location: Noida- Sector-135 Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-5 years of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring across volume and niche requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding. Drive volume hiring for roles across Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Manufacturing, Retail, and other business functions. Handle niche and critical hiring by identifying and engaging specialized talent through headhunting, networking, referrals, and social media platforms. Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define recruitment strategies, and ensure timely closures. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess candidate fitment, and coordinate interview processes. Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups to improve offer-to-join conversion. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Hiring SLA. Collaborate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding and documentation. Stay updated on industry hiring trends, competitor mapping, and talent availability. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred. 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to both volume and niche hiring. Required Skills Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment. Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring campaigns. Experience in sourcing and closing niche and hard-to-fill positions. Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social networking platforms. Strong stakeholder and hiring manager management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
