What they need
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team.
Position: Telecaller
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Languages Required: English, Malayalam, Hindi & Tamil.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Communicate with customers professionally
- Follow up with leads and potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information
- Maintain call and follow-up records.

Candidate profile
