Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our products/services, and generating leads from the provided database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database.
• Explain company products/services and generate interest.
• Identify and qualify potential leads.
• Maintain records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
• Schedule follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team for lead handover.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Education: Minimum Graduation.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English (preferred).
• Location: Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
