Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for freshers who are interested in customer communication, sales support and relationship building. The selected candidate will communicate with customers over the phone, understand their requirements, provide relevant information and maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally. Explain company products or services clearly to customers. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information. Follow up with customers through phone calls as required. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details and follow-ups. Achieve assigned daily or monthly calling and follow-up targets. Coordinate with the sales or customer service team when required. Handle customer concerns politely and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. Follow company communication and customer service guidelines. Requirements Freshers are welcome to apply. Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are also welcome. Good verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; knowledge of [other required language] is an advantage. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to communicate professionally with customers. Willingness to learn and work towards assigned targets. Ability to maintain accurate customer records.
