The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to drive sales. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our sales strategy by effectively communicating with clients and understanding their needs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our offerings. - Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. - Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system. - Provide information about products and services to customers, addressing their queries and concerns. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer engagement. - Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management. Required Skills: - Proficiency in telecalling and telesales techniques. - Strong communication skills in Gujarati, both verbal and written. - Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly. - Experience in lead generation and outbound sales. - Familiarity with CRM software and call center operations is a plus. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
