What they need
We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-driven Female Telecaller to join our growing real estate team on an immediate basis.
Position: Female Telecaller / Telesales Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment: Full-Time | In-Office
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, landlords and investors
- Generate and qualify real estate leads
- Follow up with existing leads and inquiries
- Identify potential property owners and generate listings
- Maintain accurate lead and call records in CRM
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken English
- Previous telecalling, telesales or real estate experience is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Must be target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Salary + Commission based on experience and performance.
